FACET SYNDROME
Facet syndrome is a degenerative joint disease which impacts the joint between two vertebrae. Pain, soreness, and stiffness occur when the facet joints become inflamed. Prolonged periods of inactivity, like sitting or standing too long, may increase your pain. This pain may feel worse in the morning and improve as the day progresses. Those who sit all day with poor posture may experience pain throughout the day.
